Looking for a unique sunset dinner experience here on Maui?
This two hour immersive experience starts with a tour of the Maui Dragonfruit Farm and ends with a lovely three course meal and beautiful Maui sunset.
On the tour we will discuss the history of our farm and Maui’s surrounding islands as well as introduce you to a variety of tropical plants, some edible, decorative or ceremonial. As the tour comes to an end, we will lead you up to our patio that features an incredible panoramic ocean view. Here we will begin serving the dinner.
Our first course is a vibrant mixed green salad topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, edible flowers and dressed with a creamy dragonfruit dressing.
Our second course features a panko and macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi, served with delicious furikake rice and steamed asparagus
(vegan/gf or vegetarian options are available upon request)
For desert, we have a tropical sorbet plated with fresh fruit.
While lemonade or iced tea is provided, alcoholic beverages will not be so make sure to participate in our BYOB policy, if you desire.
Important: Please note that the dinner begins with a one hour walking tour of our farm so appropriate footwear is encouraged.
